You can delete your account through the self-service Account Deletion page. Deletion requires a recent sign-in and an explicit confirmation. Emergency listings and associated media are deleted; News, Job and Property posts are retained as de-identified historical records; business/service profiles are preserved as service history but hidden from public search and detached from your account; ratings you submitted are deleted; and your Supabase Auth login is deleted only after the database and Storage operations succeed. Verification documents and moderation/administrative audit history may be retained privately for authorized investigations, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, with personal identity removed where appropriate.

8. Children's Privacy

FixNear is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to FixNear without appropriate authorization, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
